Funny you should say that. I went last night, and I agree on quality of the league, however there is absolutely no doubt that in Powell Cas have by far and away the best coach in Super League. The guy is quality, and proven wherever he goes. If only we had gone for him a few years back, we would have still had the GF wins, shown a proper future, and wouldn't have been taken backwards 17 years.

I for one would be very happy to see Powell back coaching Leeds sometime in the future.

Me too. would be nice to see him take over in the next couple of years and lead the new generation and put his own stamp on things. I have nothing against Mac at all and despite what a lot of other posters think i personally think he has done a very good job with a squad that for the most part was past its very best yet still has achieved honours in most of his years in charge. But he will have done 5 seasons after this, a long reign in this day and age, and Powell might just be the man needed to take the reigns soon.
