The size of the area to cover is not the issue, the issue is the density of clients connecting in small space. The physical number of wireless access points to cover the rugby ground actually wouldn't be that high but the issue is its ok to cover all of the south stand with 2 access points (which you probably could) but however many k devices would swamp the access points and make the speed too slow to be useful.

In terms of legal requirements, as long as you are filtering and logging content viewed (not hard or particularly expensive to do) then that problem is solved.

Final problem is internet speeds and the cost of providing a connection into the ground with enough speed to service the demand.

All very doable, other sports stadia do but as has been mentioned, not much return for the club for the investment and ongoing running costs.

Same here, much better than previously. In the past is struggle to get a signal especially at half time but it's worked fine for me this season.
