Surely this means George and Tom will replace JP and Kylie at the end of the season and Sam can then replace JJB after the RU world Cup.
Quite a good job by Mr Hetherington

| We've signed Larne Patrick on loan today for the season, so wouldn't expect another prop in, unless Taylor goes out on loan as has been rumoured. Not sure whether the right of first refusal would entitle Wigan to a fee, so that may be something to consider for any other SL clubs going for him.

Surely if Wigan decline, or don't have space on the cap, then he's a free agent?

| Quote Gotcha="Gotcha"That is what I would be delighted at, and would make me again get a season ticket. He was our best prop the year he left.'"
You watched a different year to me. I'd happily have him back and was a little sorry to see him go, but he needed a lot of polishing in 2009. Good carries but dropped the ball at some silly moments and was too often flat-footed in defence.
I would feel much happier about next season with him and/or Lee Mossop in the side.
Happier still with Shaun Lunt in it.

I think I'm right in saying Burgess left midway through 2011, and was probably our best prop during the first half of that year.

Yep, that's my recollection too. Compared to 2010 there was a huge improvement, and I was disappointed to see him go.

| Patrick has signed for Wigan hasn't he? I watched Mossop in his very limited time at the eels and whilstn his mobility is a plus, he's not physically imposing enough for me (he was the poorest of England's prop options at the world cup for that reason). He also dropped a couple of clangers for the eels, but given his rustiness due to injury perhaps that's to be expected. Add in his injury issues and I wouldn't be bothered if he goes elsewhere.

This what he does - his mistakes are often game changers, not for me, interest in him shows a level of desperation that we should not be finding ourselves in

| On Luke Burgess you have to question why he can't get a game at South Sydney when Tom Burgess - who is a very limited player - can get a game?
Luke's ball retention was very poor and that doesn't appear to have improved so again not for me.
Patrick would have been ideal but we don't appear to have been in the market?
