I've said before that Anthony Tupou would be a great signing if we're going to take a gamble on someone.

He's older and had injury problems, but he's awesome when he's on the park. Hits the line at 100 miles an hour, runs great lines and has a wicked offload - can play anywhere in the pack, but is best as a wide running 2nd rower. He'd be much less of a gamble than Hock and is far more consistent. He has had his injury problems (had back problems for a while), but after missing the start of last year, he was fine for the rest of the season (till his ASADA ban rubbed him out for the last 4 games). He'd also come relatively cheap and is a free agent - certainly cheaper than Hock.
