I thought he was over-keen but in a way where he assumed being keen would mean being good. He should have just been himself and it would've been better.

I didn't think he was quite as bad as is being made out on this thread. I think what it did do is highlight just how good the regular guy is.

The usual guy is presumably the #1 in the game as he does the Magic Weekend games, and was at one of the England games in the world cup last year and then did the final too.

I could do it, if the Wakey bloke is more permanent and the dissatisfaction continues. I'm sure my north-eastern accent would go down well with my fellow South Stand bretheren..!

The usual bloke is good, yes. I imagine part of this is due to the fact that it was different / a change and many people don't like change being made without warning.
