It is Mick Morgan... the same Mick Morgan who used to time his running on with water for the players, after Cas had conceded a try, just as the goal kicker started his run-up for the conversion. Proper RL character from the old school bless him!
Best line I've heard from him was from a Cas vs Wigan match a couple seasons ago where Amos Roberts tore them apart, Chase decided to throw a few punches for no real reason, and the ref and touch judges had a bit of a meeting.
