The only advantage playing for hull is that you get longer summer holidays because they get punked out of the playoffs early. Betya Gaz ellis wishes he came to us now. Voted wests best player 2 years in a row then anonymous at hull.'"

You will be wrong. But if it means anything, I wouldn't pick you up on it anyway. Good luck with Aus mate.

| Quote Gotcha="Gotcha"Something else to put out there on the daft lad theory. People have their own views and I respect that, but I have mine.
I was at Thorpe Park Spa last week whilst the England boys were there, and was talking with James Graham, Sean O'Loughlin, Mossop, Sam Burgess, Tom Briscoe. What surprised me is that none of those players had tatoos at all. I just thought it was the in thing with these players, and to me no surprise that the mentality of those covered in them always seems to follow the same way.'"
I come some way short of being covered in them. But I do have a few on my arms and back. I don't think I'm a big daft lad. I'm certainly not that big. They're quite popular with a lot of people these days, not just rugby players. I know quote a few people with tattoos who are perfectly intelligent, decent human beings. I know a few people with no tattoos who are not. I also know decent, intelligent people with no tattoos, and fecking morons with tattoos. Not sure there's much correlation really.
Of course I respect your views, but they are at odds with my onw experience.

| Quote Gotcha="Gotcha"What about Bailey and Delaney? How does the way he acts become any different to those two? and yet of course it appears to be overlooked. Perhaps they are who he looks up to?'"
If anybody could tell me what HArdaker has actually done, and what Bailey and Delaney have actually done I'd find that easier to answer. Am I the only person not "in the know" here?

| Sorry but the point about tattoos is complete tosh just because a player has tattoos doesn't make him an idiot this just seems extremely sereotypical and FYI peacocks tattoos were all done later in life whilst he's been at leeds as I know the tattooist where he had them done I also think I've seen an article sometime in the YEP

It doesn't matter about being "in the know". The post was in response to looking up to players like Sinfield, etc, which was a valid point. I like bringing up my story about Sinfield when he was younger, and I got the March brothers to sign up for Wakefield, and they had nothing but bad to say about Sinfield because he didn't drink and go out on the p1ss. Sinfield is how it should be.
But in repsonse to the other poster there is also the likes of Bailey and Delaney, who are complete and utter pish heads. Appears to be overlooked, but yet perhaps Hardaker is socialising and looking up to the wrong players.

Did Lenegan walk out when the price wasn't to his liking?

Quote Harrigan="Harrigan"
You don't even need to defend what you said to this guy. The rumour you heard is true and we are already talking to other full backs.
The statement Zak brought out was a generic smoothing over statement to please the fans. Nothing more, nothing less.

Bottom line...
This deal, by the way, is as good as done. Leeds and Wigan are just sorting out payment. I will gladly come back on here and eat humble pie if I am wrong but the only thing in the way of it not happening right now is an agreement on a fee. Brett Kearney had talks with Leeds over the weekend (and this is not a "rumour") but I have heard a rumour we have spoke to another fullback too.
At the end of the day the Bulls need to reduce their wage bill. Kearney is a high earner for them and Leeds need a good full back for next year. Kearney fits that bill.'"
Wouldn’t the fee be a relatively important issue though?
I can’t see how it can be both ‘as good as done’ but they still need to negotiate a fee?
