Warrington have a better squad and IMO also a better coach. IIRC for the Huddersfield game their 19 man match-day squad were the players given the 1 to 19 squad numbers at the start of the season and this being the same squad as went close in 2012 - that picking from strength and experience could prove invaluable on Saturday.
Additionally Tony Smith has already ended the Leeds Championship winning drought after a 32 year wait (and laid the platform for every GF success at Leeds since IMO), ended a Warrington Challenge Cup drought after a 35 year wait and a Warrington League Leaders drought after a 38 year wait so why not a first Championship for Warrington in 58 years. A coach who has been at the heart of changing losing cultures into winning ones at three SL clubs.
If Warrington do it they will have defeated all the remaining top four sides in this year's play-offs so it will be hard to argue that they haven't deserved it but then the same can be said of Wigan if they prevail.
