If fully fit and not pushing him out there early then great for Leeds but shame for Keinhorst - he has an impossible task kicking Watkins or Moon out the team. Back line will be back to full strength though so hopefully plenty more tries to come and we can put on a good score against Widnes

I agree with you. Give him an extra week's rest and let Keinhorst continue to improve.

5th place is still realistic (and preferable to 4th) win or lose.

I'm not sure we can make 5th spot. We'd probably need to lose 4 or 5 remaining games with other results going well, the current injury crisis certainly makes it a realistic target, 6th is probably beyond them. Some of the youngsters will certainly need to buck their ideas up if they are going to play poorly enough to lose against the likes of salford and london, but we live in hope.

Leeds have to play Warrington - who if they play anything close to tonight's standard will put 60 past the current Leeds side, Wigan as above and Saints away from home and Catalans at home 4 games they can easily lose.

We've already played Saints away.

Home - Catalans, Wakey, HKR

Away - Wire, Wigan, Wakey, Widnes, Salford, London

Think we should win all the home games and should pick up 3 wins away. Realistically if we beat Catalans at home they will probably have to win ALL their other 7 games to leapfrog us and they've got Hudds away this week and Wire & Wigan to visit them.

(Even if we only win 5 of the last 9 providing one of them is the Catalans game then could still be enough. Hull and Saints would both still have to win 7 of 8 games.)

Why exactly is 5th better than 4th? We'll have to go to Wigan away most likely.....but we'd have to do that from 5th probably anyway too like last year.

I would'nt pick Watkins this week tbh give him a full weeks training and then again next week before putting him in against Wire.
I don't think keinhorst has done too badly at all and although with so many injuries Widnes away may prove a more difficult game than it should we shouldn't rush him back.

Neither 4th or 5th are very good propositions, the way the league is shaping up.

Either way we're going to have to go somewhere tough (most likely Wigan), we've done it before, we can do it again. Some people on here have talked about wanting to avoid Wigan (we realistically can't if we're going to win the trophy), but, and they may not admit it, I would guess Wigan fans are hoping to avoid us more after what we've done the last 2 years to the League Leaders.....in fact all the other 7 teams will want to avoid us and hope that someone else can knock us out. The players of the other teams too, come the week of a potential playoff game vs Leeds will find it very hard to block out and not think about what we've done in previous years.
