Yes I saw this and the good point was that he was not too critical of the younger players regarding some obvious defensive lapses and he was looking to bring that rogether over the next few performances, so hopefully we will see some consistency. Just watching the recording. The fault for the first try lies with McShane Singleton and Peacock, three players I had as our better players. As Clarke goes left Kirke follows him and his stepped by Ah Van as he runs the drop off. McShane has been lazy moving right which means hes late on Ah Van. However Peacoxk and Singleton didn't move right at all leaving the gap Mellor hit.

The second Widnes try was all about Kirkes sloppy offload in a collision he lost. I am not even sure he was trying an offload. Just got battered one on one in collision

Third try was all on Kikrke.. In retrospect I may well have gone easy on the Big Friendly Giant. Bet he keeps his place next week.
