He accepted he'd made a mistake and accepted the two stroke punishment - you bet he did - he probably expected to be disqualified.
What did Woods say when the 14 year-old was penalised for slow play - wasn't it along the lines of 'rules are rules' ?

I agree they happen, and its unfortunate, but as Sal and I said, that one shot changed everything for Woods and cost him because he had to play catch up. When you're leading, those putts he was missing go in more often than not. When you are chasing, it's amazing how often they just veer off at the last second. Either way, the 8 changed how he had to play the game. Scores never tell the whole story in golf. There's so much more that goes into how someone plays.
