| Quote huddersfield rhino="huddersfield rhino"Who has the worst record of a coach in Super League, I think it could be James Lowes his record at Warrington was terrible. The last thing this Leeds side needs is Mr Lowes, I would be very happy if he went back to the council tip at Bradford. Wire fans I know say he was the worst coach they ever had'"
Think lee st hilaire.

| What makes anyone think that either Sinfield or Peacock want to move into coaching?
Sinfield himself has expressed a desire to move into administration when he finishes playing, and Peacock already has his own motivational speaking business going in anticipation of his retirement.
Of the current playing group, it's the likes of Burrow and JJB who are showing more inclination at this stage towards a future in coaching.

| Also, why would the current coach want to leave when there's an outstanding crop of youngsters waiting to burst onto the superleague scene presaging a further decade of success?

| I reckon Brian Mac will be around for a little while yet. When he does go, as all coaches do in the end, I think it might come a bit soon for the current players.
In the end, the most likely candidate from the current players to become head coach of Leeds looks like being JJB.

| Lowes seems a great assistant, not sure about as a head coach - maybe the wrong person, maybe last time was too soon.

| I wonder what influence James Lowes in his role has on the team. That I may never know. But I hope its not much to be honest.

| I reckon Lowes is a good coach on the training pitch. Man management etc. is a totally different world.
I'd like to see Lowes stay as McDermott's 'man in the tracksuit'. The combo seems to work reasonably well.
Could see JJB moving into coaching or even media work.

| I believe he has quite interesting man management skills, it alleged he got into fight with Ben Cross, and Mr Cross knocked him out. It is alleged.
