I wouldnt say we was even close to going bankrupt. In regards to rent for the stadium its going to be cut in half since sale are moving in.

The only "debt" we have is to Wilky and the other directors. That is never going to be something that gets called in or pushes the club to bankruptcy. We are pretty much skint at the minute, but that's different to being in the sh*t.

From what I can gather about Sale's finances they are not terribly likely to be all that much stronger. I think they're moving in because they're as keen to save costs as Salford are.
