Hi i don't normally post on here but what do people think of Joel moon at salford? With their alleged financial difficulties he could be an option in the centres, always seemed decent when I've seen him play.

No one seems to know who Andy Wilson was on about if indeed there was a player identified!

Some were guessing Brett Stewart others suggested Matt Bowen and ive seen Junior Sa mentioned elsewhere all speculation and i doubt we'd get Stewart.

Don't know a lot about him but is any better than what we already have?

I think these names were all on that long list that Brian McD referred to but I don't know whether any contact was made with them or their agents.From what I hear there is still the probability of signing a quality NRL player (I have not been told a name) but whether he would be classed a maor NRL star might be open to debate.

Imo i hope its an explosive BR or Prop especially if we aren't recalling Amor.
In terms of FB that's Hardakers with Watson and Sunley the upcoming understudys (both capable as wingers aswell) then we have the centre spot if we intend on sending Keinhorst out on Dual Reg then give it to Ablett for a year ,unless its a Marquee arrival i dont see the point in overseas signings now especially if they are the calibre of Hauraki.

I tend to agree with you. However sometimes it's difficult to work out GH and BMcD's logic in signing players and the signing might already have been made. So what might have been considered a position to fill ie full back no longer is such a priority now with Hardaker. Previously on this thread Gotcha said he had been told that the Rhinos had already made a big name overseas signing. If this is correct it might not be in the forwards but in the backs reflecting Webb leaving?

We definately need a top centre if Hardaker is moving to FB.. and as i've said many times we need a gamebreaker in the back row in the Ali Lauititi mode. Don't see too much need for any further changes unless Kylie calls it a day.. i've not seen us linked with any of the above so far so i don't hold up much hope but i trust the great GH

I agree on a quality centre and an Ali type back-rower and for better or worse I have faith in GH! I want us to remain the top side.
