| I think Leuluai has been our best prop this year. I know it's not really saying an awfull lot but I've been impressed by him.
Kirke has also played well whenever I've seen him play this season, his reliability in defence might see him get the nod in the 17.

| I would say Kirke is ahead of the likes of Clarkson and Huaraki at the moment. Really disappointed with Clarkson this year. When he first came on the scene he ran some really good angles and was a great hole runner, whilst reliable in defence - I had really high hopes for him. Now, he seems to just be a tackler with absolutely zero impact in attack. He's still only young so has time to get better, but he does seem to have hit a brick wall with his development, and actually appears to have gone backwards. At the moment he looks average at best, and I think that's probably being kind. I never thought I'd hear myself saying this, but Kirke offers more in attack, whilst being as reliable in defence.

| Really hope Hock has an off day like he did against Bradford. Our forwards have to be up for this to give our backs a chance to shine, we can more than match them in the backs it's just the forwards I fear.

| Can we step it up?
It wasn't that long ago they stuck 50 on us at headingly. We have the ability to get into a real tussle with them and be in the game, but I don't think we are good enough to win the game, unless they have an off day.
I feel the drubbing at headingly was damaging to our chances in this game.

| Quote SouthStander.com="SouthStander.com"I'd pick Moore over Griffin. Moore has had far less game time but I've been more impressed with him. He's just a hard worker.
Problem is, we paid money for Griffin and Moore was free. Griffin gets the games to justify the expenditure.'"
Ditto...Griffin (after a promising start) just doesn't look interested. He's not particularly effective at making the yardage nor is he an off loader like Moore ...the latter is an element the team depends on heavily. It's a sad indictment of the apparent first choice pack options that the likes of Kirke are also fast becoming the better option

I normally agree with all you have to say.....but have to disagree with regards to Griffin. Yes he did 'ok' and always does 'ok' but I was expecting a player who could stamp some authority much more into the pack. He looks no better than average and on that basis fail to understand why the likes of (here I go again )Singleton and D.Smith are not given the same opportunities as the largely failing incumbents.

Yep. Your forwards will need to match the intensity of the pie forwards for the full 80.

| Until Leeds sort their defensive line I cannot see how Leeds will beat Wigan. Even though we conceeded through an error defending a kick, our defensive line opens up far too easily, there appears to be no structure, a team like Wigan with a great attacking structure shall rip us to shreds.
We also need to keep Sinfield's hands off the ball a bit when we are attacking opponents lines, he is pedestrian. Leave it to McGuire, Ward, Burrow and Hardaker.
