You are quite correct though, 10700 aprox for the England match and plenty of seating available to boot !

The whole thing is a shame, but will still hope for a 4k+ crowd.

That link was last updated on 28th April and Sky always had the option to broadcast this game which is why it's in the listings, however they obviously thought that Leigh weren't worthy enough to grace their channel and so decided not to take up the option.

It'll be interesting to see what they put in it's place.

I was at both games.

But as I said 'Leigh's attendance record' I thought people would understand what I meant.

What are the refreshment arrangements in the general vicinity of the stadium?

Leigh East clubhouse is good. 5 minutes walk.

Robin Hood is 10 minute walk from the ground and has great food and real ale on so that's where I go on the Lowton side of the ground. Good place to park and walk to and from the ground.

In Leigh there are quite a few decent real ale pubs too.

At the stadium itself, garbage.

That does not surprise me.
