How much is it to pay on gate?

I'm not sure what the going rate was back in 1972.....

Love going to Cas me, always good banter and it's a proper RL place.

Parking-wise, we've always parked at one of the little shopping precincts on the way in and walked. I have heard rumours of clamping, but never experienced it. Generally not a bad idea to park a bit further out and have a nice stroll back past the queues, as at rather a lot of grounds.

The public car parks are free after 6pm - Carlton Lanes, Castlefields, Aire Street and Savile Road car parks are all within walking distance of Wheldon Road. I've never seen anyone get clamped in the area on a match day. Good shout with the parking a bit further out - Wheldon Road is chaos after the game.

It was a cracking day/night right up to kick off! We got to the car and all stripped as we were so wet. 3 blokes sat in a car in duds and trainers not a word said about it! just laughed all the way home about a crazy night and the last second pen lololol!

Our fun bus on way home was like a pond there was that much water floating about

Bazzos.driving down to cas,it's not route 66 I could walk from Leeds to cas.

The storm night was probably the best night ever and a cracking game to boot. Always enjoy going to cas generally good atmosphere and banter, they have their share of numties but doesn't every team. Parking is fine you can park in the plentyful parks but Wheldon road you can park all along above the ground and go out through Airdale a bit longer but never blocked.
