| What a fantastic game to be at. The South Stand was rocking. One of my best nights at Headingley. If only I can find my voice I left it in the South Stand somewhere.
Well done Leeds everyone played well and showed real heart and determination. World Club Champions.

| Magnificant win for Leeds. No complaints with Hall as MOM but it could have also gone to Burrow (who was outstanding in his roles as hooker and roving halfback) or Sinfield (with a great kicking game and cover defence and leadership) The backs to the wall defence was key with Delaney doing a huge amount of key work. JP was a rock and Griffin is looking like a really good signing. Having been critical of Leuluai in previous games it is only fair to report he stood up to the mark when it counted in a big way and JJB made his usual contribution until he was injured. Our young centres were not outplayed and the will to win from the whole team was a credit
Webb after a very good start went back to his bad ways again with errors and penalties.
Finally the coaches deserved great credit for getting the squad ready physically and mentally for this one. They had a very good game plan and also their selections proved to be right. I do not buy into the talk that this game is not important. Make no mistake Manly wanted to win this. They may have lacked game time (which they will regret) but they were fit and were up for it.

| Great game, great performance and a great result.
I too left my voice in the southstand although i don't think it will lonely. The old girl was rocking last night, took me back to 04 when it was like that every game.
On a side note, how much of a moaning b#tch is jamie lyon.

When you're a professional player you don't "just turn up", for one thing you'll get hurt if you don't really commit yourself fully, for another thing they are professionals, they don't think the same way that we do, winning is all that matters to the point of being an obsession, if you've ever played a leisure sport at a club somewhere you will have come across the club pain-in-the-a[irs[/ie who refuses to play a game for fun and must win at all costs even if it means a little cheating - thats getting close to the professional attitude.

| Brilliant defensive effort in the second half.
Can't get this song out of my head this morning - did he hit hard or what?
Leuluai, Leuluai - Kylie Kylie Kylie Kylie Leuluai
Headingley looked and sounded amazing last night.
Great performance all round though. I couldn't think of a player that didn't stand up and do the Rhinos proud.
Thanks to posters from other clubs congratulating Leeds on another fine achievement You do yourselves much credit.

| Alternatively, if you want a good giggle, nip over to the Pies board for some bitter and twisted posts and back-handed compliments. I had a humungous hangover until I read those and I've laughed it off - Cheers Pies!

| Congratulations Leeds ... Outstanding performance.
First time I've ever jumped out of my seat to cheer on Ryan Hall when he scored that full length cracker
Bet there's some sore heads around this morning!

Great shots, keep the fellas coming.'"
Will have been Bloodbath. Harrigan peaked too early after Kallum went over in the 18th minute.

| Just woke up and have a banging headache but carn't stop smilling as the reality sets in that we are officially WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!!
Great game last night, stood as close to band in southstand as physically possible and loved every minute, think 3 pint pots had something to do with that as well but Headingley Stadium was absolutely brilliant!!!
So Congratulations Leeds you truly deserved it and hopefully kick on through the season, next stop Widnes!

| Quote tvoc="tvoc"I'd say McShane is more creative in the hooking position than Burrow is in the hooking position, Burrow is more creative as a scrum-half. Which begs last week's big question being aired once again - why is coach McDermott selecting Burrow as the starting hooker?'"
Perhaps after last nights performance you can now understand why coach McDermott had selected Burrow as starting hooker. Burrow showed you last night that he is equally creative in the hooking role as he is in the half back role and was a serious contender for MOM with an outstanding all round display in all positions!
