I bought one for a friend at Ibrox about 9 years ago. They have panels of normal bricks which are engraved and are part of a wall around the ground - that was the idea of suggesting it for the new South Stand.
Back then they were £35 for the brick plus a certificate of ownership.
I think somewhere along the way, they missed the point of the suggestion - if it was cheaper and in the right stand it would be more of an opportunity.
If I were a Leeds fan, I'd be happy to sacrifice 3 nights out in my year to fund something that could potentially be part of the Leeds stadium for decades. £90 is nothing for such a priveledge. I'd sooner have 1 of 500 bricks than 1 of 5000, that nobody would ever see.
