Challenge Cup Finals - 93/94, 94/95, 99, 2003, 2005, 2010, 2011
Better with others though
Grand Finals 4 from 6 - 98, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009
And 2 from 4 WCC's - 2004, 2008, 2009, 2010.
I'm also reliably informed I was at the Yorkshire Cup Final v Cas in around 88? Though only being 3 or 4 at the time I dont really remember much!
Though it does mean I've a 100% record on Yorkshire Cups!

I score 1 win from 7 CC Finals.
On the up side, since '99 I have had a Wembley (or Wales / Scotland) weekend almost every year, so the rugby is usually a secondary consideration.

Not that great is it 
The best victory was the 2004 Grand Final. Only time I have ever teared up at a game. The worst loss was the 2005 Grand Final. I normally take losses well as im used to them but that year it hurt more than any other loss.

I'm in the 1 from 8 club I'm afraid.
Which I'd assume is those of us that have attended every Leeds final from the 93/94 loss vs Wigan to present.
Dire.
I'm 4 from 5 at Grand Finals though!! Missed the '98 vs. Wigan.
