Don't talk sh*t - unlike Rat Boy Smith simply celebrated scoring.
I'd also point out that Smith was exuberant after scoring a last min match winning try - this on the other hand was what 6mins into a match. Tomkins has a LOT of growing up to do.
His skipping around in the in goal rather than simply running out of play in the last min was also a pathetic show of petulance. |

Smith was giving 'come on then' gestures to the wigan fans, it was like he was up for a fight...
That was sensible of Tomkins, why risk losing the ball. Just play it safe. Also did a great job of annoying you, chuffed to bits!

Becoming ? He has to be the most hated player in the history of Super League !!
The game has seen this many times and all it will do is make him a marked man and someone soon will probably 'cop him a beauty' just like Newton did with Sean Long who also had that swagger about him.
At least if you sky plus'd their game at bradford when raynor copped him a beauty it cheers you up !! |

Here we go, the press are excusing this and saying that they felt sorry for him. I have seen players racially abused in years gone by and had all sorts of heckling from the crowds. They did nothing like this ugly little runt did.
I think in the media's eyes he has for some reason become RL's new fashionable player in the media now Sean Long has hung his boots up. We don't need him as that. Lets at least have a decent ambassador for the game such as Sinfield or other straight talking, not glory seeking players from any club but not him.
I really like this because he is now showing his ultimate level of intelligence:-

Funny, my wife said to me a long time ago, - never trust someone who's eyes are quite close together, yep Sam you certainly fit that description.
