It doesn't bear worth thinking what the underground is going to be like! Then the inevitable queue to get back on to the station for the tube after the match. For once the car may be a better option.
With Wembley Central and Wembley Park fully operational and within walking distance, whilst it is a pain, the closure of Wembley Stadium is not a great loss.
I used it to get the final the other year from Marylebone and there was hardly anyone on that train going up there ....
