Just to add to my previous comment: I only discovered the fact myself last weekend while looking through some old League trade papers (making an arduous journey from garage to loft) smiling at the likes of Matty Elliott and Gary Hetherington seeking to ban overseas players of insufficient quality from cluttering up the British game preventing our own youngsters getting a chance. In the example given namely Tevita Vaikona, Stanley Gene and Dean Hanger and yes I found nothing remotely ironic in the fact two of the three enjoyed spells at Odsal further down the track and one with particular distinction including a three year stint under Elliott's guidance.
