They have a plan where they would like it completed by 2015 but that will depend on a few things such as finance. They are certainly doing their best to have it done by then. |

The main issue with that IMV is that the YCC Chairman (Colin Graves), who is effectively bankrolling the cricket club, stated at the recent AGM that there would be no money for any major further ground developments until 2019 when the new pavilion & the outstanding debts incurred to purchase the ground are paid off.
I cannot see Leeds Rugby funding a double stand on its own. |

| Yep today:[i Meanwhile, plans for the redevelopment of Headingley Carnegie’s South Stand will go on show at the stadium from tomorrow until Friday, April 15.
The plans will be on display in the Carnegie cafe bar, on St Michael’s Lane, from 8am to 6pm on weekdays.
Leeds Rugby staff will be in attendance to discuss the proposals from 6 to 8pm on Thursday and between the same times on Wednesday, April 13[/i

Grass is cheaper than bitmac, so it makes a nice overflow car park for the football boys next door. |
