I'd say Hop, awesome. Plus the pie and a pint is a great deal! Veritas is good, but its a bit too much like a delicatessen. How about The Grove south of the river?

When I was last in it did have, yes. If you get a seat by the door it's quiter, but then it's colder. Suppose it depends on how much of an old rocker Wheels has got with him. |

FWIH he is very much an old rocker (only met him twice) so the Hop may well be right up his street.
