I will agree with you on all of that apart from the gutted bit, he has limited ability and has struggled in the Championship & would more than likely have been released at the end of this season so good luck to the lad for getting what could turn out to be a 2 1/2 year deal and probable 1st team football week in week out. I would sooner have Bromby as the utility player on the bench or stepping in when needed, like tomorrow if O Brien is ruled out.
