No point starting with Peacock and Richards. Player values don't change, and you can have two subsitutions a month. Until they're fit they are a waste of a squad space, and when they're ready they can be subbed in.

Im hoping Richard isnt out for too long, I'm gonna put Gareth Raynor in his place for the first few weeks, he is a good finisher and will bag a few.
