I object to the use of those words too - does the writer even know what they mean? I have a son with cerebral palsy - spastic hemiplegia - and really hate it when people use the word "spaz" when they really have don't know what they are talking about.

I think you are right regarding the British passport however not sure anymore rewarding quota and fed trained etc...
