Joel Monaghan now signed for the Wolves, as conveniently Chris Hicks has decided to retire.



Hicks said the decision to retire was made easier knowing that such a good player would replace him.

Of course you did Chris, it had nothing to do with the fat wad of retirement cash you will have got from the chairman personally, rather than the club for salary cap purposes.

They found a lassie poster stuck inside his locker.

In all fairness they have signed a good player in Monaghan one more than capable of replacing the departing Hicks. Only time will tell if "THAT" incident has maybe mentally scarred him, probably not though.
