Quote: BrisbaneRhino "Buderus' game has been built around the fact he's a little guy with a bit of speed off the mark, as befits an ex-halfback. What could he teach Diskin - a bigger, slower player altogether - about that? Or the nuggety McShane? He could give them a few tips about passing, timing of runs etc but I suspect not a huge amount else that they could use as they simply cannot do some of the things he does (and vice versa).

Read Buderus' book for just one example of what he has at least attempted to pass on to McShane. A substantial part of a players game is natural ability and his own personal style. But anyone trying to suggest they don't learn from each other is naive in the extreme.
