So it should be looked at in the close season for a rule change as it is a deliberate holding onto the defending tackler to gain the penalty. It could be classed as the same as 'holding down' but the opposite

I'm a Saint and truth be told I'm not that keen on Leeds or Wigan as you might expect, but i found myself praying for a Leeds win after the little crap artist started his antics . no room for this sort of rubbish in our sport so come on Wigan CUT OUT THE CHEATING.
