| Seems like we may be able to afford these improvements too
Taken from todays League Express:
[i"LEEDS RHINOS made a retained profit of £2,993,662 for the year ended 31 October 2009, making them easily the most profitable club in the Super League competition, despite the turnover of the company that controls the club, Leeds Cricket, Football and Athletic Company Limited, falling from £10,599,073 in 2008 to £10,483,996 in 2009.
Their retained profit in 2008 was £755,605.
In their published accounts, Leeds reduced the cost of wages and salaries by almost £1 million, to £4,556,583, while their payments to directors fell from £300,013 in 2008 to £241,168 in 2009.
The company ended its financial year with a healthy cash balance of £3,723,013, up from £1,111,638 a year earlier."[/i
Now I'm no accountancy expert and I'm sure the more knowledgeable people on here can advise better, but that sounds fairly good to me. Certainly better than Saints situation
From todays League Express again

The losses have risen from £449,288 for the same period in 2008, with turnover falling from £5,079,718 in 2008 to £4,887,246 in 2009."[/i

The most worrying thing for saints is that these figures are from 2008-09. This year's could well be worse.
