Please correct me if i'm incorrect but I thought the "Quota" system as such had gone and been replaced by an inclusive system I.E. not how many over seas players per se but minimum number of home produced players being increased year on year? if that is the case then the previous comments about players being on quota is invalid

The requirements have been ammended to incorporate positive quotas on Federation trained and own Academy trained but the non Federation (Overseas) trained element is still very much a part of the overall package.
