Having not seen much of their games (no sky no more  ) I couldn't comment on the current season, but in seasons past, he has been nothing but average. |

Given the rubbish masquerading as English centres these days, it may not be too daft to consider having a look at the likes of Ablett/Tomkins for the role. If they're quick enough and have the size then it may be the best option we have.
I'd rather not play a forward there at all, but TBH the actual centres available look so poor I'd consider that type of forward plus the likes of Leon Pryce ahead of most of them, although I suppose Atkins probably should get a chance to show if he's capable.
