If you watch Sinfield that off-load is amazing. As he's going to ground he looks left first, then back to the right, then flicks the ball out of the back of the hand to McGuire. All of this as he's heading to the deck in the collision. Stop for a moment and think about what your natural, physical reaction would be in that circumstance. Would you have the awareness to look both ways and ensure the primary focus of your arms was to ensure they were free to pass rather than break your fall?
