If I were the Leeds captain I would issue a press statement supporting the RFL's decision, supporting Richard Silverwood but stating that all the players were clubbing together to pay Keith's fine and NO players would be available to speak to the media in the aftermath of any game from this point forward.
Time to get a siege mentality going.

Agree, not sure the RFL would be be too kind about it tho, but what can they do i suppose? Plus it would be the fans that suffer, unless they only put the coaches comments and player interviews on the Rhino official website.
I dont know why Leeds speak to the media anyway, all they do is get written off every year. It seems all Leeds do year after year is aim to prove the media and the so called 'experts' [iAHEM Schofield [/i wrong. |

I'd simply issue the same press statement every week, "We're happy with our performance but have highlighted several areas for focussed improvement which we'll be working on during the week, thank you gentlemen".
I think thats what they do now actually. |

We already do that in Phil Dalys write ups in the YEP, same thing everytime just the players name, opposition and places change to suit. |
