Is that open to them though? From my quick reading of the disicplinary sheet, if found guilty Keith faces between a 1 and 4 game suspension. Unless he has the jury that let Steven Gerrard off, he's going to be found guilty. So won't that mean a minimum 1 game ban?

As far as I am aware yes. They review panel rank the offence if refering it to the disiplinary panel, and they have ranked it as a grade C offence and therefore the maximum ban is 4 matches and the minimum is 1 IF they choose to impose a ban?

There was one I followed (can't remember who or why at this moment) where a warning letter was issued then almost immediately the same player was up for the same offence, found guilty with a 1 - 4 tariff and walked away with just a fine.
