My 1st game was to watch Bradford Northern at Odsal after they reformed in 62/63 I think, can't recall who against
As a Bradfordian I hated Leeds in those days, but my lad started to watch Leeds in the early 80s and persuaded me to come along as well.
Been a Loiner then a Rhino ever since.
My 1st visit to Headingley was to the Ashes Test in 1956. Keith Miller was my big hero after he fielded near me when you could still sit on the grass behind the Boundary boards.
Followed Yorkshire & English cricket ever since.
I hope they both give me a summer to celebrate.
Use to go to A Team/Academy games between '94 and '97. First ever first team game will have been that year. First game I remember was at home to Cas in '98 and we won fairly comfortably I think.
Living in London as a child going with my dad to the CC Final in late 70's when we beat Saints, the rest of the time being brought up on Eddie Warring on GRandstand. The Winter of 78/79 was great due to the snow Leeds on nearly every week.
