Deserved a draw today but we'd have been in the play-offs at best anyway so it doesn't really matter. Defence looked pretty solid (bar the goal) but i dont think Douglas can keep playing right back, he's too slow and like today against a decent winger he looks poor needs to go back in midfield or on the bench. Looked better going forward when Robinson came on and i'd like to see him back in the team from the start with either Howson or Kilkenny taken out which would allow Delph to move back to centre midfield.
Definately need Becks back for the play-offs otherwise where are the goals gonna come from.

Not sure Frazer is much better TBH

If they beat us on saturday we will be level on points but we have a better goal difference. Win and were in the play-offs. We wont blow it now but we do need Beckford back because the goals dry up when he isn't playing and Dickinson doesn't look as though he's gonna score many although he works hard he's too similar to Becchio. |
