Surely Eastwood couldn't be stopped from representing NZ in a test series in this country, on what grounds could he be stopped from representing his country?

His problems in obtaining a working visa in this country is a completely different situation entirely imo

As far as i'm aware, he would be allowed into the country as a NZ player, as he's not going to be employed in this country, so he wouldn't need to meet the stict visa requirements that he can't get at present to enable him to come to the rhinos
