£9 is far too steep to go to Castleford. You're lucky to see a full 'official' coach there.

It amazes me when you see the likes of Coachmasters on the Wire board offering £5-10 travel to go to the likes of Bradford.

Imagine what the club made on travel to Wembley last year at £40 a seat, despite only charging (IIRC) £20 to Quins.

I can recommend the Eccles RL club. We did it the other week. I am a pensioner , and we walked it in 17 minutes.Only 3 pounds and very friendly stewards who were still on guard after the game. Almost straight out onto Liverpool rd and then straight on to the M62...Easy peasy !!!!!

Allow for 45-60 minutes for this little trip - depending on which car park at the T/C you are in. It's really not an option!

How do you get to the Eccles club?? What junction off m60 and then where!!?

Same junction 11, take first exit at roundabout A57 Liverpool road, then after about 150mts first left up Schofield Rd, then about 100mts 2nd left onto Halsworth rd.

15 mins max walk to ground
