Cas 19 Cont: Holmes, Jewitt, Carvell , Ellis

looks to me that huby isn't playing and that carvell has replaced him in the squad
i would guess that possibly milner or ellis will also miss out

Huby is in the 19, if we hadn't named him we'd be down to our young players who everyone knows wouldn't play. If Huby misses out, Carvell and Wheeldon will be in. If Huby plays, one of Carvell or Wheeldon will miss out. Naming Huby in the 19 leave Leeds guessing about whether he will play.
It could also be that Huby is still not ruled in or out at this stage.

One of Milner or Ellis will miss out. With the kicking game that Ellis brings, and after a good performance in the semi, I imagine he will play.

I would expect Carvell and Milner to be the unlucky ones, after watching Ellis against London the week before the semi final I thought to myself he looks like a man on a mission, he was awesome and he was fantastic against Widnes too. I think he's a dark horse for the lance todd.

correct,but i strongly believe that huby will not play on saturday as i don't believe that cas would take such a huge gamble,only time will tell

Really quite disappointed that Clare has missed out. It must be so frustrating helping us get to the Semi Final and then the Final only to be told he isn't going to play in the final.
For me, as goo das Carney is, he doesn't deserve his spot.

Hope Ellis plays instead of Milner, he really adds something extra from the bench when Clarke isn't on the field

Ask Briscoe whether he would rather have James Clare or Justin Carney running at him.
In a cup final you play your best team. Carney is our best winger.

Exactly. There's no room for sentimentality in a final - Carney is one of the most 'feared' wingers in the league, and that's why he's playing and not Clare. Clare will get his chance - he's still young.

I'd take that chance. The last two times he was banned it wasn't really malicious - I'm sure he'll be going careful on Saturday.

He will be on his best rampaging behaviour leaving mayhem in his wake
