What's actually wrong with Sherwin? Is he stuck in the doorway of KFC?

I think you'll find it was his foot not his knee

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

Friday night games are stupid unless your on Sky!! Whats wrong with Sunday afternoon!!'"
To be honest I do agree our home games against Saints, Wire and Salford and maybe even Leeds should be played on a friday night but games against teams like you and wakey who struggle with numbers as it is should be played on sunday.
All teams should play the teams around them on friday nights and the rest on saterdays and sundays.
As someone pointed out about your 900 or so last year, it was the first away game of the season for you, I just thought it would of been better, as I remember you brought around 1,500 once and for the first game at the JJB probably around 2,000.

That was a play off game (when Cas won incidentally) and I believe there were a few more than 2000 attended.
During our sojourn in NL1 in 2007 we regularly took between 1500 & 2000 to away games and outnumbered the home fans.
Fact is fans will go watch a side that's winning and is optimistic of winning whatever level that's at. The result and the manner of it on Sunday will probably reduce the number of Cas fans travelling over to Wigan by a couple of hundred.

It's a long while back now but for the first game at the JJB i seem to recall the Noth stand being about 2/3 full so i'd guess there were about 3,500 cas fans there that night.
I've always been amazed by the Cas support tbh to say the town is so small. Hopefully as many as possible will be able to make it over on Friday as i'd expect it to be a real close game in which Cas have a good chance of winning the way we've started.

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10174.png |

| I predict lots of lame "cheat" chants. About 150 making the trip and the old "M62 on a Friday night" chestnut being rolled out. Yorkshire fans just don't travel

The M62 isn't a good enough excuse.
We took a decent amount to Hull last Friday night.
