I can remember the last time we had a player with plenty of baggage, it disrupted the dressing room, & ended up with players at each others throat's he was a great player though, if were going to run the risk of someone carrying similar baggage he needs to also be a top notch player.

Seymour was not as bad as some made out. Just didn't work out for him.
Good defensively , but not as dynamic as chase.
There again, who is?.
If he's sorted out his demons, he could be a good player for you.

I've got it on good authority that Salford have signed Sammut. To be he looks like plan B after failing to get Chase. Good as they both are, I'm not sure if they'd compliment each other very well.

Keep hearing we are getting Tim Smith from WTW to ease their financial burden. Not in the same class as Chase but it would be a decent signing for us.

Brett Seymour has signed a deal. A 3 month trial with a 9 month contract waiting. There are clauses in it should he relapse.

I will support Brett Seymour in his efforts to get back to his best. He gets my backing just as anyone else who wears the Black and Amber.

Didnt he say after the move to Hull fell through that he always wanted to stay at Castleford anyway, how things change in a season.

Hope you get as much money for him as other teams have offered in the past.
