Aye, we will. But as for not getting into it, is that because you've got nothing to support your argument (or lack of).

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

| When is this starting?
I still can't tell what is actually being done...
Away end is having a roof, which is great news, should make it a quality away day with a good atmosphere.
Part of the touchline terrace is having a roof, again great stuff with more fans being covered and an improved atmosphere...
What is happening appart from that? What is happening to the seats etc.? The Benidorm stand?

Some talk of Bradford Northern and some of Hull and Leeds
Of Wigan and St Helens and such great teams as these
Of all the teams in Rugby league with me you will agree
The best team in the whole wide world is Wakefield Trinity!

| Theres a new bar on the western terraces (for home fans), after negotiations with SKY the whole of the western terrace are to be covered. In front of the "flats" (which CT would die for ATM I may add) there will be an additional seated area. Work will also be made to the actual terraces, some will be repaired, the north terrace will be totally recovered.
IMO this is something all RL fans should be happy about, after so many years of making snide remarks, yet I feel any negative comments come from jealousy and fear more than traditional rivalry.
AG has revolutionized WTW, we're selling ST's by the cartload, we have increased our revenue streams exponentially & we're far from being the poorest members of the SL family.
For the past 15 years some SL clubs have had a safety blanket: Uncle Ted was always around with a looming disaster that would "hide the sins" of other SL clubs! Well I'm sorry to say that AG does not possess the same lack of business acumen (anyone that disagrees please say now), he may not be as rich as other people that came in for us in Feb, but in terms of the groundwork and commitment he's second to none.
BOTTOM LINE: I think he's got a fair few running scared!

| Quote: G.Price Fan Club "With CT flying so close to the wind financially I'd keep statements like that to yourself.
CT have very similar financial outgoings to WT these days, with the added pressure of debts to directors, which the current WT regime does not. And as your always telling us your self funding your stadium build. So I guess it's not beyond the realms of probability to suggest the financial pressures are much great at CT than WT.
A very silly comment IMO, a financial crisis can come from nowhere & while I wouldn't wish than on CT I would have a giggle at the egg on your face! The 12 months previous that lead up to Feb this year were hell for WT and there fans, however with reference to you I would question what you think gives you the right to make fun of a situation that nearly killed one of the staple RL clubs & then you have the barefaced cheek to call yourself a "supporter" not a "fan".
I may not like CT in anyway shape or form, I do however recognise that they are a die hard member of the RL community and a necessity to the game, not to mention a big source of income for MY club. I would NEVER wish administration on any club or make fun of a situation that lead to the demise of one of the cornerstones of our game.
You sir are just pathetic & nothing like a TRUE RL SUPPORTER.'"
Oh dear , the unwashed troll is changing tack ................. someone help the filth
Oh and get that staple rugby league club to pay its debts ffs
Wakey are a scrounging disgrace to the game , you shoulf
d have let them die

| Someone direct me to the Castleford forum please. It seems I accidentally walked on to the Wakefield forum.
Oh, and at the above post. Jealousy indeed. We've had three covered stands for years.

Not according to the submitted plans
About 30% of the west terrace and only the back area of the north terrace (Behind the centre walkway)
will have a roof.

Oh, and
Jealousy my dear Fully my old pal. That's a hoot and a half!
We are outstripping you these days in virtually every area possible.
If we continue at this rate of growth the gap by the end of our 3 year license will be so great even you won't be able to deny it.
We have reinvigorated our sale and commercial department, the new shop and range of products speaks for itself. We have ripped CT to pieces in terms of ST sale- which we can afford to underwrite- can you say the same?
We have a budget for playing staff which RW would kill for, all because we are being run like a business not a cabbage patch market stall!
You spend money, you make money- yes it come with a risk but that's business, ask Gloria for his opinions, oh wait you did!
CT are running at a loss, I dare say with AG and his team at the front in 12 months we won't be/if we are now (& with lat years expenses eg players wages being so low I dare say we may have not even then!).
Protest all you want but you know how close you are to the wire, even without ever defaulting (which I do respect), our growth matched with your stagnation could make for a great 12 months for any WTW fan!
So do now as I do, crack a beer a toast the future! It's half term after all!

I would argue with you but it's generally not worth the hassle. People are sick of it, I'm sick of it and I'm sure you are too.
But I'm impressed to see how much you know about Castleford's business, such as how much we spend on players, our financial situation, etc. I wouldn't believe everything you read you know.
All I will do is refer you back to the RFL's comments: " Castleford are a well-run club." After everything has been audited by KPMG etc etc in the licensing application, I guess I'd believe them over a Wakefield fan any day of a week.

Me think the lady do protest to much: That was last year, my point was; the tides are changing and you know it, your response only adds weight to my claim.
I know as much about you as you know about us Fully, 12 months ago we were looking over our shoulders watching CT pass us (however briefly), now your doing the same as we regain speed at pace, while you linger on at the usual (RW) tempo.
I've said we shouldn't take this further, I'd much rather it were sorted out where it should be, on the field.
Good luck with everything!
