JULIEN RINALDI IS A CAS FAN

| Quote: Cas Till I Die "Think this is the main point, who on earth would you replace him with who is OOC ???? it took us nearly a year of looking to find Brough in 2006. Start looking now for a 7 in 2011 and under no circumstances renew his contract..... you could have joey johns in his prime but if he isnt fit on a REGULAR basis then whats the point ???? Sherwin is class at SL level but he hasnt played enough games for us !!!!'"
Exactly my thoughts, Start negotiations with a 7 from the Nrl, Who is 23/24 - And get them signed up for the 2011 season. Spend more time searching for the right man, And be prepared to pay for the right man

That would mean letting either chase or sargent go though, two players i'm keen to keep for as long as possible.

I agree with that
Would hate to lose those two, they have been our stand out players this season

| I don't think this illustrates that Chase has stepped out of Sherwin'shadow, rather that Chase has improved immeasurably having got more used to his teammates and possibly with the increased responsibility.
Maybe because he's been moved from hooker like I said quite a while ago, but Poker Face seemed to think that people were 'clowns' for stating this.
For what it's worse, Sherwin is class when on form but we signed him on too long a contract and I personally would look at what options are open to us in regards to early release.

| For those who've spent time with Shifty, he's a real decent guy and he has come good at some key times for the club.
However it is difficult to see him as anything other than a passenger from here on. If we were a cash rich club, and he had a couple more playing years left in him... then by all means keep him on.
However, we don't have the spare cash...and he doesn't have a couple more years in him...so sadly, with the greatest of respect to Shifty it's time to let him go!

| Most people are saying keep him, the rest get rid. I feel Shifty will decide that he as had enough time at Cas and return home.

He's not had much luck with injuries as well.
