I'll defend my club like anyone else on this forum particularly against the Wakey trolls who will do anything possible to de-rail a thread (thats not you either Vasty).

As for coming across as reasonable on the Wakey forum - if I didn't I would be shunned like Adeybull currently is on the Eric France topic simply for having his own opinion. You of all people know how hard it is to have an opinion that is "against the run-of-play". If you don't agree with the Wakey masses you are treat like a lepper and you know that from experience.

TBH I can't be bothered to dig at you or any club at the moment as I've never known the game in such a perilous state as it is now. Those clubs fans who think they are doing well should beware and that includes some Wakefield and Cas fans.

Totally agree. The game needs its fans now more than ever.

Its sad that the best chance of finding anything out is from an ex-employee spilling rather than an informative statement from the Club. The fact they arent telling you anything will surely just make them look even worse when the facts finally come into the public domain from somewhere else.

As long as the fans stay together and support the blokes on the pitch thats the most important thing. How you deal with those at the club who are wronging you I dont really know unfortunately

If fozz has something he wants to make public he should do it instead of giving his cryptic tweets, he can't do any more harm to the club, & any one who has it in their head that Jack Fulton should, clear the clubs debt by forgoing his loans is living in Disney world, he has bankrolled the club for Millions over the last 20 years, with very little or no help from his fellow directors.

Fozzards tweets wont change any thing, i always thought off him as a real professional, but it reads like he has the monk on because he did not get his. own way.

Indeed it could, something i have thought since his twitter news broke - first job leads to him washing the Cas laundry in public - doesnt reflect well on him.
However it seems he is mightily peeved off and will no doubt have his say.
I know how he feels and while i am not an avid tweeter i would use the avenues available to me to get my point accross in as damaging a way as possible as Fozzard has done.
I think its pretty much human nature.

ps: if we're relying on Twitter, Tansey's tweet to Fozz was definitely "ouch!" (Not that I think players should get involved. But then I do think that if you decide to walk away from the club, walk away and don't keep sticking your oar in)

TB: I agree, I think this is exactly the same as when Rich Mathers was tweeting about player unrest, rumours and Dicko's injury last year..... there is no need, no value other than nusance or stiring.

I do believe that there is an element to this from the two departures that is "Well I have told you what you have to do and I am right, so if you are not going to do as I have said, then I am off"
While you may be acting in best interests and with heart in the right place, sometimes you have to accept there are limitations, alternate views and work within the possible!

It is hard when you passionately believe you are right, sad that from a management perspective there wasnt the opportunity to use that passion and converge a way forward.

If he his going to tell his story he should get it out sooner rather than later, & yes his tweets did sound like some one who had a few bevies, who ever you speak too has a different rumour & it's damaging to the club.

Once Fozz handed in his resignation his dealings will the club was over, he did not get the sack nor did Steve Ferris, but unlike Fozz, Mr Ferris has kept his feelings to himself, we all know the club has problems, & we all know the club has no money, so the sooner the rumours are put to bed the better, so we can all get back to supporting the club instead off worrying about why Mr Ferris & Fozzard left
