| No complaints from me today...Bradford just wanted it a little bit more than we did.

| Cas looked dead on their feet today and some rotation of the squad is definitely needed. I've no complaints about the better team winning today, runs from dummy half by the Bulls were a key to easy yards.
I thought that the ref was poor in both directions and seemed to get little support or direction from his touch judges.

Excellent - but only because they weren't really tested. Cas decided to take it up the middle and stupidly lost the battle.
We were very flat and made you look a lot better than you actually were, to be honest. Don't think we deserved to lose that considering the possession and pressure we had in 2nd half but ho hum, can't win them all.

Haha...yea! Was a poor game to be fair. Cas were too predictable and you can't beat Bradford by going up the middle, their pack will maul you. If Cas had exploited the wings more in the second half they may have got some joy, but to be fair they looked jaded.
Bradford won't be d about how they did it, the win was all that mattered today. They still look very average to me and Cas will see it is as a missed opportunity.
Hope Cas can bounce back next time, it's ggod to see how Super League is unfolding this year. It seems that any team can get the better of the other on any given day. Great crowd today at Odsal, over 14,000. Cas brought a good number too.

| Best team won today.
I agree we looked a bit flat, we were a yard or two slower and we lost the forward battle. Can't knock our attitude or commitment.
We made too many silly errors in our own half which made life difficult. Should we be taking two points in tight affairs like that, when 4 or 6 pts down ?!

| Bulls will look better with Briggs back in and Herbert settled. Just need to keep clocking a victory every other week in the meantime to stay on course for the play-offs.

| Bulls just repeatedly scooted from dummy half & we never learned, time after time. Clarke outpaced Just about Bulls quickest player for his try yet we still just ploughed up the middle. The only time we went up the wing was when Orr picked up the ball & went 10m down the right side.

I still have issues with this slowing down the play-the-ball. Two weeks on the bounce we've had it inflicted on us now, with few penalties for it. What was worse yesterday however was split markers - if you watch Bradfords markers, they were rarely stood square which dictates our options in attack making it easier to defend. With all the noises from the RFL in recent years about wanting a faster game, I fail to understand why things like this are left largely unpunished.
That said, where we rose above it and played our own game last week, this week we failed quite miserably in that respect and were quite soundly dominated in the forwards. We had the pace out wide which we simply failed to use and when Danny Orr went off, we may as well have just ran around in circles, such was the lack of navigation whilst piling pressure on their line.
As badly as we played - it was easily our worst performance of the season - we still only lost by four points so it's time for Matterson to make a couple of changes and for the boys to bounce back next week.

I would agree with that. The spoiling of the tackle and the slowing of the play-the-ball (won't use the oooonion term ruck ) is making the game boring, but hey if Wigan can get away with it all sides will try it.
On Sunday I would give Milner a rest and bring Hudson in,and possibly Snitch on the bench...but most of all hope Orr is ok to play

| Everyone tries these tactics at the PTB. We were soundly beaten in this area by Hudders and Wigan which along with our errors helped us get tonked. From my perspective on Sunday Cas didn't look that bad at the PTB when you had the ball but in defence you had trouble handling the dummy half scoots of L'Strange.
Thought you lot missed Orr when he went off as everything was then coming off Chase and you lacked options. I was amazed you didn't move the ball wider given the success you had with that early on.
I do like the look of Milner and Clark, they're both going to be decent players if they keep developing.

There's nothing exciting about seeing the dummy half scoot for ten metres every tackle.

Seem to work for L'Strange on Sunday, and Roby won man of steel and its one of his main attributes.
