| TBH, Basil thinks he's a SL level coach, so I wouldn't pay him too much attention

| Tansey
Carney
Shenton
Channing
Dixon
Chase
Ellis
Huby
Milner
Fleming
Hauraki
Millington
Clark
Martin
Boyle
Thompson
Massey
Start Fleming because DP complained about inexperience coming off bench against Widnes. With Massey and Boyle both on the bench we have no complaints in that respect when switching players around.

| Cas deserved that. Miles better than us today. You looked like the team pushing for the playoffs. We were dreadful for 60 minutes of that game.

| I'm pleased to have won but I wish we cut out the silly errors that kept letting the bulls back into the game.

| Exciting game, made uncomfortable by us. Defensively poor and gave away some soft penalties.
That said, we also didn't get much our way with Bulls' constant spoiling tactics holding down and constantly offside (Lulia a persistent offender).
Carney's try arguably one of the best of this season and Rangi always seems to have a good game against the Bulls.
Great effort from Milner, Boyle and Millington too and Massey had one of his best games in the while.
Poor Foster, though, hey? Monumental cock-up.

Can't stand the guy.
Thought Boyle & Millo were outstanding today. As for Charlie Martin, that was poor, really really stupid. Needs to develop a brain quickly.

| I don't really know what happened with Martin.
It seemed like a genuine mistake from him thinking that Foster was playing on and so just tackled him.
Sadly, Hicks saw it as a deliberate attempt to prevent Foster from taking a quick tap and rightly binned him for it I guess.

Honest mistake or not, Hicks was right to bin him as you say, but ultimately it could've contributed to us losing the game, although we were 3 scores up with 8 minutes to go, only Cas can make hard work of it, should've really been looking for 50.

I argree these kids Martyn an Claire keep doing these big mistakes and at this level you can not afford to keep doing them he made an easy game very hard.

| I think you're been a bit harsh on 'these kids' (Charlie Martin 22 y.o ,James Clare 23 y.o?) tbh every player young or old makes mistakes for example Chubbs knocked on yesterday ,Tanse made a mess of the Kick off , Rangi can make a mistake every game (although he was awesome yesterday) take the Salford away game for instance, point is every mistake made from senior players or the younger players could potentially cost us .
The problem aint just the 'Kids' ,senior players made a hash of the kick off return yesterday when Sammut scored and also senior players were trying to defend when Scruton twisted and went over for another soft try.
Its a team thing defensively at the moment ,Guys are switching off too easy imho BUT I have faith that Darryl will sort it out for next year .

| Huby's hit on Kearney (I think) was worth the admission money alone. Thunderous.

A bit of naivety and inexperience I think - he read the situation poorly and made a mistake which he'll learn from. The sin-bin was for delaying the restart, something Hicks can record in what'll be a relatively short 'Correct Calls' column when he does his review.
Whilst our defence was poor overall again you can see the improvement and it was actually very good in parts. When you consider that Bradford scored a try with position gained from a debatable penalty; then another after a penalty from a non-existent high tackle and a pass of the floor; that pegs them back to 24 points. Then there was our shambolic failure to deal with the kick off which lead to another try (but should be easy to put right), 18 points.
The biggest leveler in the game was holding down and interference at the play the ball though - but I always expect that from Bradford because they've played like it for years. The difference comes when you have match officials that are strong enough to deal with it, few of which actually exist.

| Millington has said it shows there is some problems with the ball when it is lost without much contact, I watch all the games on DVD & the ball we play with shouldn't be like a bar of soap, the amount of players complaining about it doesn't lie, I don't think we have ever seen as many unforced errors form players from every team, as we have done since playing with this new ball, it's seems there innovative new ball doesn't work when the players sweat, the contract is for another 2 years so we might have to get us to the ball squirting out in the tackle, even the tame ones.
