Can the suspended fine be effected because of this?
I would have thought not because it's for a different thing, but another investigation and punishment may be on it's way.

mindless idiots, if anyone knows who did this i suggest they report this to the police we don't need people like that being associated with our club. They numbskull may not even have been to the game but whoever they are they need reporting

No, it was outside of the clubs land so it would be the council's land and not the club.
If it was within the grounds of the club there would be a case, but it wasn't so no case for the club. |

That's a bit simplistic Gaslight. Just because it wasn't on Cas land, doesn't mean that there won't be some comeback on the club.
Whatever happens, it's not what's needed in the lead up to licencing.
